An inspired, self-fulfilled, happy, confident Leader trickles down to the teams, has a positive impact and equals increased revenue growth for the company. That being said, it goes both ways when a leader is not happy or fulfilled internally it can also trickle down to the teams in a negative way some examples are managing by fear, intimidation, critical comments to staff, negativity, pressure & just not communicating effectively or in a respectful manner. This can greatly affect the atmospheres in the workplace, in team effort and drive which in-turn causes a decrease in revenue.
